We are here because of our customers. And, we will do our best to make you happy and confident with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy. If you receive a product from us and are not satisified, please e-mail me directly at richard@prosportsemblemsandmore.com within 30 days of your purchase, with an explanation of the problem. Send the product back to us with a delivery confirmation and the explanation of the problem. We will send you a replacement or if you prefer a complete refund. Please note that we sell officially licensed authentic sleeve emblems. As such, the sleeve emblems and patches we offer are attached to a plastic card. If you attempt to remove the emblem from the plastic back card, and damage the emblem, we cannot offer you our complete refund. Customer damage to emblems results in our refund policy becoming null and void. Your understanding of our refund policy concerning customer damage of products is appreciated.
